Business Communications (BCL) was formed in 1976 as a joint venture between Dubai Transport Co. LLC. (DUTCO) and Cable & Wireless Ltd. U. K. Initially to provide engineering support to Etisalat (formerly Emirtel), the UAE telephone company.
BCL currently is locally owned by the DUTCO GROUP and has since become a major force in the U. A. E and surrounding Gulf States and has developed an excellent reputation for it's marketing abilities, quality of service and committed professionalism to its varied clientele.
